House of Louie was a restaurant in West Covina, CA - it was run by Chef-Owner, Justin Yu's, aunts Josephine and Betty. It was a place for great food and great company. Our restaurant, reborn here in Houston, celebrates all that House of Louie was, it was both a neighborhood restaurant and a place for celebration. It's a place you feel welcome.

Our cooking draws from French technique, the Italian obsession with ingredients and simplicity, American hospitality and a broader curiosity shaped by years spent between kitchens, cultures and travels.

Our menu changes often, guided by the seasons, the market and the rhythm of service, balancing comfort with restraint, familiarity with surprise.
